  • After you place an order and complete payment, we will review, package, and ship your order within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • If your order contains multiple items and some are out of stock, we will ship the in-stock items first. The out-of-stock items will be shipped as soon as they are restocked, with no additional shipping fees required.
  • You may modify your shipping address, contact information, or order details within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, orders enter the processing stage and modifications cannot be made. We appreciate your understanding.

2.3 Customs Clearance
  • International shipping requires customs clearance in the destination country/region. Clearance times are determined by local customs authorities; we will cooperate fully with the clearance process but are not liable for delays caused by customs.
  • Any customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or other fees incurred during clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. You may contact your local customs office to learn about applicable tax rates before placing your order.
3. Shipping Fees
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on theweight, volume, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be automatically calculated by the system at checkout and displayed alongside your order total. No additional shipping fees will be charged after payment.
  • During promotional events, free shipping will be automatically applied if your order meets theminimum order amount specified in the event details.
  • Dimensional weight calculation rules: For European and American regions, dimensional weight is calculated as length × width × height (cm) / 8000; for most Asian regions, it is length × width × height (cm) / 6000. The final shipping fee will be based on the greater of the actual weight or dimensional weight.
4. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you atracking number and carrier information via email or SMS. You can track your order in real time by entering the tracking number on the “My Orders” page of our Site or on the carrier’s official website/app.
  • There may be a 1-2 day delay in tracking information updates. If you cannot find tracking details 3 business days after your order is shipped, please contact our customer service for verification.
5. Package Receipt & Exception Handling
  • When your package is delivered, please inspect the outer packaging for damage and verify that the number and style of items match your order before signing for it. If the packaging is damaged, items are missing, or products are defective, refuse to sign and contact customer service immediately. We will verify and resolve the issue promptly.
  • If you authorize someone else to receive the package on your behalf, their signature will be considered your own. We will not be able to provide returns, refunds, or replacements for any issues discovered after a proxy signature.
  • If the tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact customer service within 48 hours. We will assist you in verifying the delivery status with the carrier.
