This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges for purchases made on https://sundaysclothing.com/. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

 
1. Return Eligibility
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and labels attached.
  • Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
  • Final sale items, bodysuits, underwear, swimwear, and personalized/custom items are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability).
  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We will cover shipping for the exchanged item.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are approved for:
  • Defective or damaged items received
  • Incorrect items sent by us
  • Eligible items returned in accordance with this policy
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
 
4. Non‑Refundable Items
  • Shipping and handling fees
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Items damaged by wear, laundering, neglect, or customer error
  • Items returned after 30 days
5. How to Return or Request Refund
  1. Email us at support@sundaysclothing.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the item (if damaged/defective)
    • Reason for return/refund
     
  2. Wait for our return approval and return instructions.
  3. Send the item back with tracking. We are not responsible for lost returns without proof of delivery.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
  • Customer’s responsibility for return shipping, unless the error is ours (wrong item, defective merchandise).
  • We do not refund original shipping fees.
7. Refund Processing Time
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • It may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
  3. Contact us at support@sundaysclothing.com with your order number and refund details.
9. Order Cancellations
  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return policy.
